Shipping Information

Failure to provide an accurate address or addressee which results in Royal Mail returning the package to us will be refunded minus postage fee paid and a £15 administration charge.

Delivery Time Frames

The delivery time frames and dates shown are estimates. They are not guarantees. This is because Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 and 24 services are not guaranteed services but rather it is their aim to deliver within the time frame.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

We strive to dispatch all orders within the indicated delivery timeframes. Although we make every effort to do so, occasional delays can occur. We guarantee that your order will be shipped no later than the end of the next working day.

Missing Orders

While the majority of orders (over 90%) arrive on time, occasional delays may occur with Royal Mail due to factors such as staff shortages, logistical issues, or severe weather. If your order hasn’t arrived, please wait up to 7 working days from the expected delivery date before contacting us.

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking status shows the item as delivered but you haven’t received it, please take the following steps before getting in touch:

  • Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout was accurate. If the address is incorrect, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

  • Check around your property and any designated safe places where the parcel may have been left.

  • Ask neighbors if the parcel was received on your behalf.

If the package is still missing after these checks, please reach out to us promptly. We will open a claim with Royal Mail. A replacement will only be issued if Royal Mail confirms non-delivery.

Orders Not Delivered After 7 Working Days

If your order hasn’t been marked as delivered and more than 7 working days have passed since dispatch, please contact us. We’ll initiate an investigation with Royal Mail. Based on their response, we may send a replacement immediately or wait for the outcome of their investigation.

Please note that we do not provide refunds or compensation for delivery delays, including for Royal Mail Tracked 24 services.
