Failure to provide an accurate address or addressee which results in Royal Mail returning the package to us will be refunded minus postage fee paid and a £55 administration charge. |
Returns and Refunds Policy Overview
Our policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted:

Full Refunds: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. Items must remain sealed and unused, and you must contact us within this 14-day period. Refunds are also available for lost items confirmed as undelivered by the courier.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order is delivered damaged or develops a fault shortly after use, please notify us within 14 days. Depending on the issue, you may be eligible for a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. If you paid for RM Tracked 24, only a partial shipping refund will be issued.

Shipping Costs: Refunds for shipping are calculated based on the least expensive delivery option. If a premium option like RM Tracked 24 was selected, only a partial shipping cost will be refunded.
Changed Your Mind?
If you no longer want an item:

Inform us within 14 days of receiving it.

You then have another 14 days to return the item, unused and still sealed. Return postage is your responsibility.

If the order hasn’t yet shipped, you can cancel for a full refund.

If it has shipped, wait for the item to arrive and return it unopened.
Please do not send returns to the product manufacturer.
When Only a Partial Refund Applies
Partial refunds may be considered in the following situations:

The returned item is damaged or incomplete (and not due to our error).

The return is initiated more than 30 days after the item was delivered.
Dealing with Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged or something goes wrong with the item:

Let us know as soon as possible so we can help.

Faults that arise within 14 days of use should be reported immediately.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a prepaid return option. No printer is needed for the return label.

For issues identified after 14 days, we’ll assess whether it’s a manufacturing fault. Faults due to misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we will either ship a replacement or issue a refund. If no issue is found, the item will be returned to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-refundable or non-exchangeable, including:

Perishables (e.g., food, flowers)

Intimate or sanitary goods

Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous items

Gift cards, digital downloads, and certain personal care items
Legal Rights
